| Zusammenfassung: | This research aimed to establish the incidence of the administrative system on occupational risks of the company Primefenix S. A, the canton Mocache, whose main problem is how the administrative system affects occupational risks in the company ?, reason Primefenix S.A for which the study was conducted, so the following hypothesis is proposed, the administrative system of the company Primefenix S.A, a negative impact on the actions of protection of labor risks. For the development of the thesis primary sources (books, manuals, policies of the institution, and internet laws.) And secondary, carried the interview with General Manager, surveys was also conducted administrative and operating company personnel were used Primefenix S.A., based on a structured questionnaire, which allowed achieve the desired objective. The proposal was to develop a system of prevention of occupational risks to mitigate and eliminate risk factors causing uncertainty in the company. As expected changes to the implementation of this proposal are: Reducing accident rates and morbidity in the company, generating a culture of prevention of accidents, incidents and work-related diseases, promote safe patterns and ways of involving and comfortable work not only compliance with the applicable regulations in force in the continuous improvement of working conditions, comparative advantage with other companies that are still unaware of the issue of prevention of occupational risks The research work sought to identify the problems of the administrative system of the company which negatively affects occupational hazards, for those reasons, this study was considered of vital importance for the company. |
