Opis
Sažetak:The research was conducted in the Canton San Carlos Quevedo Parish Complex bananas, Rosita farm, located at the geographic coordinates of west longitude and latitude 79.85275 1.30804 south, at an altitude of 36 meters; field research lasted 90 days in a trial field thesis entitled "(Passiflora edulis) vegetative propagation of fruit in the Canton Quevedo by air-layering" was established. A completely randomized design (DCA) was used with 5 treatments and 3 repetitions, using 18 plants per repetition. All variables were subjected to analysis of variance. To measure the differences between treatment means the Tukey test at 5% probability was used.It was proposed as objective evaluate the vegetative propagation of passion fruit (Passiflora edulis) by air-layering in Canton Quevedo and determine the best concentration of hormones (NAA and IBA) on rooting of passion fruit. The variables studied were: Percentage Yield, number of roots, the greater root length, number of buds and survival rate. It was concluded that treatment in April 1250 mg / kg -1 ANA + 1250 mg / kg-1 of AIB, presented the best average, percentage, number and length of roots, and also won the largest number of rotes and survival rate it being, statistically superior compared to other treatments, because it is considered to have had acceptable characteristics.
