Tóm tắt:This research project is based on the approach, control, management and performance of educational institutions of canton El Empalme, where skill levels are the backbone of education to ensure quality standards, warmth, efficiency, effectiveness, relevance and sense of responsibility, especially that responds to the demands of modern society, revealing proven information with direct stakeholders of educational institutions. Conceptualizing, realizing thought, theoretically substantiate the research and compare the results of fieldwork, he allowed to establish the incidence of Administrative Management control and performance of institutions of canton El Empalme. Proper Administrative Management is focused on providing a quality service where gaps selfishness close and work on building an institution for all and for all, in relation to the goals set by the Latin American Organization for Education and Culture. It is evident that despite efforts to improve and meet the elementary basic needs, many educational institutions are still in administrative leaderless, which suggests that the problem may correct not changing the structure (form or denomination) this is not a rule, but it is a great indicator that the problem is more complex, it is a problem of management capacity. It is necessary that education policies it’s projected rerouted to the person who directs and administers an educational institution without value judgment that a disregard for improvement of physical and technological spaces denote approach.
