It is engaged in the manufacture of concrete poles for installation support lines and air power grids and telecommunications for 10 years and this will highly relevant, since it has a wide experience in the market. Despite the continuing efforts of the company to provide better service and support, they lack destination from the point of view of marketing, since they are unnecessary efforts to not possess a distinct market which attack but over time the organization has managed to grow and be characterized by their experience. With the above said the company aims to have a working system within the parameters of marketing to consolidate its position and its extensive experience, leading distributor of electrical equipment in Canton Quevedo. It was found that the company must implement a new line of low voltage products to have participation in the local market and meet future customers. The development of research allowed to know the characteristics, preferences and needs presented by clients and offer this in the market and demand for existing consumers. Furthermore, it was learned that in order to expand the different lines of low voltage products requiring the company to position itself in the desired manner, take in to account the competition that provide the same type of similar products. In the present study an investment plan that provides a simple and effective proposal while serving as primary guidelines for the company to start with investment and in turn with the market positioning of low voltage products arises, Verging on the different real customer strategies and the availability of company resources fit. |
