Fundamentación jurídica del código civil ecuatoriano en los casos de presunción de muerte por desaparecimiento

The present thesis, the theme: "Legal Foundations of the Ecuadorian Civil Code in cases of presumption of death by disappearance", consists of six chapters in which the research project that has been raised in this thesis develops. For the contextual framework of the investigation the introduction, problem, objectives, assumptions and reasoning synthesized a conceptualization of the causes is alleged to declare death by disappearance, based on the universal law of life. Doctrine, Jurisprudence, Law and Comparative Law: The theoretical framework is included, the literature which consists of research background, rationale is reviewed. The methodology is detailed, the methods used are determined, the techniques used in the field. Mentions the results of the application of the instruments and their analysis of the survey of citizens of Canton Attorneys Queued and tabulation, analysis and data processing was performed, the research report was prepared and hypothesis testing. The conclusions and recommendations according to the results obtained are shown. Is the proposal for legal reform to art.No.67? 6 of the Civil Code highlighting the importance of an adequate legal framework
