Zusammenfassung:The research was conducted at Av. Quevedo and Amazonas Street Corner, in the Dos de Mayo Parish Citadel Velasco Ibarra city of the Empalme occupies the northern end of the province of Guayas, its development began with an introduction, which general objective is to analyze the relationship between job creation in micro as a mechanism to improve the quality of life of adolescent mothers, city Empalme, period 2012-2014, specific goals; a) Conduct a situational analysis in the study of micro city the Empalme, b) consider the opportunities and constraints facing teenage mothers to work in micro Canton El Empalme, c) establish guidelines for the implementation of a department of social programs focused on micro to train teenage mothers from the Empalme city, theoretical and necessary legal foundations were integrated; the location of teenage mothers from the Empalme city, materials and methods, research techniques applied determined the population of teenage mothers city the Empalme was projected to 2014 with 545 mothers, applying 226 surveys and interview the Mayor Municipal GAD. The objectives were developed. Surveys and interviews provided information required for analysis of the current state of integration in micro enterprises teenage mothers through entrepreneurship in the city the Empalme, to conclude the absence of a production department training programs currently detected to help teenage mothers to work in micro city the Empalme and improve their lifestyle through specific training in regard to the micro enterprise that allows a person's ability to go the extra mile to achieve enterprise planted a goal or goals Bibliographic consultations were held on texts provided by the library UTEQ, consultations via the Internet. Instruments used as evidence and photographs taken at the scene are integrated.
