In this work we applied the concepts of manual functions and strategic planning AVICCO company which intends to implement a manual functions to further grow its business and economic potential in the city of Quevedo. The manual function is an administrative tool that helps analyze the profiles for jobs in micro and macro environment, when a company raises growth in a market search. Given this, it is a study in AVICCO company dedicated to the marketing of meat in the market town of Quevedo.
