The present work of legal research, the relevance of the regulations of the Organic Law of Land Transport, Traffic and Road Safety regards the penalty for pollution drivers and the need to reform the regulatory inconsistencies Transportation Law will be discussed land, Traffic and Road Safety in regard to fumes in vehicles and its impact on health and the environment. This legal research is organized into six chapters.
