要約:This project is done in order to analyze the administrative and operational management and its relationship to the sales of Tecnicentro El Gato Region Quevedo, to effect the current situation Tecnicentro discussed in the automotive market of the canton Quevedo, to Through FODA analysis, which established the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the business, focused mainly processes and implemented in the sales area, just as systems market strategies currently used in the area were determined sales to attract customers and maximize sales, in this case, interview techniques, addressed to the company manager for techniques and maneuvers that are employed to attract customers and in turn increase sales was applied. Another point established in this study was the development of a model of administrative and operational management to increase sales, the same as designed according to the needs and results of the study. The results of the surveys, interviews, FODA, etc., determined that in Tecnicentro El Gato, there are drawbacks in the administrative and operational management, due to lack of knowledge by Administrator pate, which affect the development of processes sales area. If it is true, the business has for several years participating in the market of Canton, has not yet been properly positioned, which leads to determine the weak and poor implementation of market strategies have affected the sales development. Similarly it was shown that for now has not established a model of administrative and operational management to increase sales, usually everything is done empirically, little knowledge of product manager and business manager. Analyzing the above context is to increase the participation of business in the market of Canton Quevedo, to effect it is recommended that Tecnicentro El Gato implemented innovative and efficient marketing strategies, such as designing a marketing plan, which will allow Company position products and services in the market sector and surrounding areas.
