Zusammenfassung:This research project was developed in order to obtain data on the dasometric and phytosanitary variables of provenances of Schizolobium parahybum (Vell.) S.F. Blake (pachaco) in the Ecuadorian Humid Tropics. The investigation was carried out in lot # 02 of the farm FC-02 located in the canton of Valencia belonging to the company PLANTABAL S.A. In this study, four provenances were compared (INIAP, CALUMA, MONTOYA, COLOMBIA), with an age of two years. A randomized block design with three replications was used. The dasometric variables analyzed were (height, diameter at chest height, height of the first branch, number of branches, distance between nodes, length of petiole and leaves, width of the leaf, number, length and width of the leaflets) and phytosanitary (severity of diseases). In this study it was determined that the best answer was presented by the INIAP provenance of Pichiligüe. The INIAP provenance, with DBH values of 12.92 cm; commercial height of 9.38 m; total height of 11.73 m; height of the first branch of 7.40 m; number of branches of 1.60; distance between nodes 23.38 cm, petiole length 27.47 cm; length of the leaves 163.02 cm; blade width 92.12 cm; number of leaflets of 69.47, length of leaflets of 3.67 cm and width of leaflets of 9.35 mm. In the same way as in the previous result, the origin with the highest yield was INIAP, it presented 7.40 m, 1.60, 23.38 cm, 27.47 cm, 163.02 cm, 92.12 cm, 69.47, 3.67 cm and 9.35 mm respectively. This can be attributed to the fact that this provenance is native to a nearby area and its characteristics are similar to the area where the plantation was established, so the results obtained were higher compared to the other provenances. Regarding the phytosanitary diagnosis, the trees evaluated within the disease severity scale, the result showed that the trees from all sources are within scale 1 since they are visibly healthy and without the presence of any disease.
