Estudio jurídico técnico de una ordenanza municipal que regule el trabajo microempresarial, en el cantón Pujilí, provincia de Cotopaxi

The urban planning of the city in terms of trends of national development and population growth, requires taking into account the impact of the lack of jobs and migration from the countryside to the city, which is indispensable to organize all social, in order that their needs are provided for in the Work Plan, and informal traders, organized legally, have a place where local and perform their work with dignity sectors; This does not mean that by not having a place specifically assigned their massive presence in the streets, plazas, parks, trails, do not create chaos rather than the development of the city and damaged the image of the Gadsden Municipal Manager meet the needs of the population.
