Plan de desarrollo y su incidencia en la toma decisiones de la carrera de licenciatura de secretariado ejecutivo de la universidad tecnica estatal de quevedo periodo 2013-2016

The executive secretariat career from theTechnical University State Quevedo - UTEQ has achieved accreditation under the established parameters, considering that they are immersed in a world of great scientific and technological changes that directly contribute to the formation of professional. With proper research of internal and external diagnosis showing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; mathematical Foda , career goals , the control board and the overall program plan allows us to produce a development plan to help career in the most appropriate or timely decision making. Under the first transitional provision of the new Law on Higher Education, accredited universities must initiate a new process of institutional accreditation and career . These plans must provide for actions in the field of scientific research and to establish links with the Strategic Plan - UTEQ , and the National Development Plan for Good Living . The Bachelor after analyzing the internal and external situation analysis , divided into various environments help us know how the race is stabilized and solve their problems. The mathematical SWOT allowed us to find an appreciation of the internal and external situation of the race, by the results of the Strategic Ranking that are in the prioritized list of strategic variables in Table 21. The overall programming plan represents specific programs and subprograms that form the generalized budget compliance .
