In this research work it is intended to determine the organizational management and the economic impact of the companies in the hotel sector of the Quevedo canton. Being a commercial canton, accommodation services were growing, allowing entrepreneurs in this segment of the economy, an important development in recent years. However, due to the serious crisis produced by the COVID-19 Pandemic, there have been economic losses in the hotel sector, meaning a decrease in the income of families that depended on it, and therefore it is appropriate to establish strategies for their economic reactivation, it is also possible to answer the question, what incidence exists between the relationship of organizational management and the economic impact in the reactivation process of the hotel sector, post-COVID-19 pandemic, Cantón Quevedo, year 2020? In the theoretical framework, it fundamentally includes aspects of two variables: the organizational management and the economy of the hotel sector that allow to achieve the proposed objective, and the economic reactivation through which it is sought to achieve a path and take new paths in the face of the devastating effects of the pandemic. The methodology used is: documentary, descriptive and non-experimental in order to achieve the proposed objective, and from there we can conclude that, if the commercial reactivation strategies are applied in the hotel sector of Quevedo, it will be possible to recover the high level of tourism and economic of this area.
