| Summary: | In the present research has been carried out a study on current processes taking place within the health centers of Ecuador as a pilot taking the Health Sub-Centre "Federico Intriago" Canton Valencia province of Los Ríos in order to determine the causes for which there is still a considerable degree of incomplete vaccination schemes in infants, children, adolescents and adults; mainly using persons who are directly immersed in the process. Other techniques and instruments such as surveys, questionnaires, observation forms, checklists and rating scales looking that the data obtained are possible as reliable and caring biases in research was used; Likewise, after recognizing the variables of success and failure on this topic, we proceeded to perform the analysis, design development and implementation of a Web site that allows recording and monitoring of immunization, based on the latest standards of web design and HTML5, Bootstrap 3 and CSS3 for layout of the site, in terms of architecture the Model View Controller was used to ensure scalability of the site, and ORM Entity Framework to expedite the development, since according to the research, Ministry of Health, yes keeps track of the number of vaccines applied even programs to ensure that there are fewer people who have not been vaccinated are constantly being made, but until the end of this investigation any technological tool not reported enabling the identification of more personalized history of immunizations applied by users of the health centers. It is noteworthy that the design of the website has been sufficiently configurable in order to make it easily adaptable to other Health Center Ecuador. |
