Diseño de programa de prevención de consumo de alcohol, tabaco y drogas en el personal de la compañia # 1 del cuerpo de bomberos del cantón quevedo 2023

The present investigation was carried out in the facilities of the fire department of the Quevedo canton, specifically company # 1, this project focused on addressing the problems related to the consumption of alcohol, tobacco and drugs in the workplace, as well as the repercussions individual as well as collective and family events triggered by it, the risks, dangers and possible accidents related to each other. The research carried out was of a non-experimental analytical type since a study of an already existing situation was carried out. To fulfill the objectives set within the research project, tools such as surveys were implemented, which were authored by the author and granted by which were validated through the IBMS SPSS program, which allowed evaluating the veracity of the questions asked of the workers. At the same time, a set of activities previously planned together were carried out for the design of the alcohol, tobacco and drug consumption prevention program in the personnel of company # 1 of the Quevedo canton fire department. These activities provided the personnel with only circumstantial information, but also mechanisms of recognition and action with which each worker felt capable of controlling himself when it comes to the consumption of psychoactive substances, it was of utmost importance to highlight the consequences in the workplace that trigger consumption. Indiscriminate use of psychoactive substances, in addition to the citizen responsibility that each of these servers have as they are a government entity for citizen rescue and rescue.
