So to maintain a level of education have to be planned strategic projects whose activities should be implemented as scheduled activities reviewing relevant aspects that must be taken into account to achieve the expected results in the stipulated time. Therefore this research had as main objective the development of a strategic plan for the improvement of educational services with the goal to implement programs for the proper development of management and good performance of students training, activities. The current situation of the institution was analyzed, performing SWOT analysis could meet each of these weaknesses and threats to the institution and the strengths and opportunities that benefit the same.
