| Riassunto: | This thesis was carried out in the company CONCLISAN Cia. Ltda., located at Av. Quito 118 and Oranzona of Santo Domingo, Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas Province, in order to design a system of recruitment and selection based on the competency model, for which it was need to develop a dictionary of skills, job description and recruitment and selection process to provide competent human talent to the organization. To develop two types of research study were used; Field, implemented in the company CONCLISAN Cia. Ltda. using the techniques of surveys and interviews, which were applied to staff from different areas of the company.; the bibliographical - documentary, based on texts, books and the Internet, based on the object of study. Various methods are also used; inductive, deductive and analytical, which allowed collecting primary and secondary information according to topic. The literature review contributed to the realization of this work, he also collaborated with the structure of the system of recruitment and selection. It has been demonstrated that there is a recruitment and selection process, which does not have the tools to assess the competencies of candidates. With this premise, the company is always looking to improve the capabilities of its staff, promoting continuous improvement in their jobs. This research will contribute significantly to the company CONCLISAN. Cia. Ltda., Because thanks to this department Talent can select potentially qualified and capable of providing a quality service to patients taking responsibility and attitude of belonging and permanence of human talent, it is believed that this new system will applicants a substantial impact because the talent is the common denominator of the efficiency and effectiveness demonstrating superior performance in their jobs |
