| Streszczenie: | This research will be carried out with the purpose of assessing the Administrative Management - Financial in the productivity and profitability of the Company Industrial Mechanics "Ordóñez", this company has as fundamental end manufacture, market and distribute agro-industrial machinery for the city and the country. The company has 19 years in the market, by what is considered to be one of the most representatives of the market bidder of agro-industrial machines in this city. The problem that is emphasized in this analysis, it is noted that over the past two years this company has remained static in the market causing a competitive disadvantage; their costs have increased but its economic profit have been considerably reduced, by limiting the actions of the company. With the above, the purpose of this research is to discover why the productivity and profitability are not satisfactory to the company, given that this organization has a solid base of clients and has a good image with its suppliers to meet their payments in a timely manner. For the processing and analysis of results were used computer programs that facilitated the processing of the information collected and provided the data for the respective test of the hypothesis. As a result, it was determined that is currently managing their administrative and financial processes in an empirical manner, which generates a stagnation in the growth of the organization. In addition, the employees of this company are unhappy because they are not affiliated with the Social Security services or earn a remuneration according to their employment prospects. By means of the investigation, it was noted that the company does not have an operating manual which causes in some occasions there is duplication of functions in the workers or to its time generated delays in the delivery of the machinery requested. As a solution to the problem the design of an Operating Manual which seeks to improve and implement the training of human talent in this organization is proposed. The proposal suggested improvement, it has been the need to reformulate the mission, vision, organizational goals, institutional securities and other administrative policies of the Company that allow institutional development of this organization. In addition, it is proposed to develop programs concerning the fulfillment of the rights of workers, implementation of a computerized accounting system and the processes of production machinery in order to optimize the resources of the company are detailed. |
