Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un centro de bienestar mental y corporal parroquia San Camilo, año 2015

Today people suffering from stress and other tensions as a product of daily living and overwork, considering the above is necessary to create centers to help cope with and address these factors, such as the wellness center mind and body AQUALEAD. Therefore, we carried out this study to develop a feasibility study for creating a mental and physical well-being in the parish San Camilo considering information obtained during 2015 various studies were performed to measure the viability and feasibility of the project such as market research, technical study and financial study. For this study a sample of 378 residents of the 25131 existing in the parish San Camilo, whom was directed the survey to thereby analyze the acceptance that may have AQUALEAD and the price you are willing to pay and was considered the which services they want to bid on this. Based on the market study it was found that in the area there are only two centers that provide these services, showing a high number of unmet need in terms of services, so that building AQUALEAD tries to cover a large percentage of this demand. Also according to technical analysis for the safe operation of the recruitment center capable and attitudes that promote the development and improvement of the institution to thereby provide a service tailored to the needs of customers it is necessary. The financial analysis revealed that the project is viable by obtaining a net present value of $ 72,915.20 and an Internal Rate of Return of 42%, with these indicators of a positive feasibility for the project.
