Shrnutí:The present research on the theme: Preferential rates on public transportation secondary level student modalities and distance semi - and constitutional rights , is a topical issue in the lives of students of blended and distance learning modalities that do not have the subsidized the passage. So the overall goal is achieved through reform art. 46 of the General Regulations for the Implementation of the LOTTTSV, which benefit from preferential tariffs modalities students and distance semi - secondary level , and so to realize the full enjoyment of constitutional rights , while the hypothesis states that the reform of Article 46 of the General Regulations for the Implementation of the LOTTTSV , allow access to preferential rates to all (as) (as) secondary level students. This work will benefit students at the secondary level of semi -face and distance modes , allowing access to this benefit , for which you must present this proposal to reform the presidency of the Republic, because this is the body responsible for take the appropriate action .
