Las empresas de servicios forman parte del ciclo personal, debido a la modernización, además hoy en día se puede manejar el dinero de forma virtual, en la que no esté en riesgo sus cuentas financieras personales y así lograr conocer de manera rápida la entidad bancaria a los ciudadanos. Por otra parte, la metodología de la investigación que se utilizo es de enfoque mixto, aplicando métodos que permitieron fundamentar los hallazgos del fenómeno de estudio, se empleó una investigación exploratoria e investigación de campo: se recopilo información primaria mediante una encuesta online, dirigida a los usuarios del sistema de servicios de la empresa Amibank, cantón Quevedo, con la finalidad de conocer a fondo las preferencias de los clientes.
