This research was realized at the “MARÍA MARÍA”, Banana´s Farm, located in Valencia town Km 22, Los Ríos Province, its coordinates are registered with latitude: S 0º 57.056 and Longitude: W 79° 19.256, the general objective was to implement a program of social enterprise responsibility, and the specifics objectives were to investigate whether the same it is regulated to compliance with the legal mark, set the current employment status of employees and the environment of the farm, and develop a program of social enterprise responsibility. The following hypothesis is proposed; the Program of Social Enterprise responsibility, to improve the quality of life for employees and the community of the “MARÍA MARÍA” Banana´s Farm from Valencia town, Km 22, taking as independent variable, the program of social enterprise responsibility and as a dependent variable, the quality of life for employees and the community. The results will determine if the program of social enterprise responsibility improved the quality of life for employees and the community around them, optimizing the business processes of its business. It will ensure compliance with the legal mark by monitoring in determinate times. It will stabilize the employment status of the employees and managing the talent retention and decreasing the rotation. It will strengthen the social enterprise responsibility with the same best practices. The net investment to implement the program of social enterprise responsibility is a total of 59.500 usd, money will be financed by the “MARÍA MARÍA” Banana´s Farm alone and will execute in 18 months. |
