| सारांश: | The objective of this research is to analyze the application of the LOSEP in the administrative management of human talent in BanEcuador, Agencia El Empalme, year 2022. To prepare the theoretical framework of the research, it was segmented by dividing it into conceptual foundation, theoretical foundation and legal foundation. The types of research used were explanatory research and descriptive research; as part of the research methods, the analytical, synthetic, deductive and inductive methods were used. The population that will be chosen to carry out the respective analysis in the generation of conclusions and recommendations inherent to the research problem is the Agency Head of BanEcuador Agencia El Empalme, and the administrative and financial staff who work in the aforementioned institution. The research techniques used were the survey technique and the interview technique. The survey technique allowed the use of a questionnaire of closed questions addressed to all administrative and financial personnel to know their opinions on the application of LOSEP in the administrative management of human talent, the interview technique made it possible to use an open question questionnaire addressed to the Head of the Agency of the aforementioned institution, to find out their opinions on the current situation of the administrative management of human talent in BanEcuador, El Empalme Agency. It is concluded that in some cases there may be a lack of clarity regarding the selection and promotion criteria and processes used by BanEcuador, especially because in recent years no merit and competitive examinations have been opened for the granting of appointments. definitive. The opening of merit and competitive examinations is recommended to provide job stability to personnel who have been working for many years under the modality of occasional contracts at BanEcuador EP agency El Empalme. |
