The design of a quality management system in order that the company intends IMCAVIT S.A, get the benefits that a system of this kind offers to any organization that implements it, so we can have a strong position in the market every day requires organizations to keep updated and continuous improvement to be competitive. What is necessary to implement technical standards took into account the technical requirements for the implementation of the rules which will help define the specifications and technical characteristics of the profiles and steel panels for which the definitions, classification is considered, specific requirements and chemical requirements; the documentation necessary for the implementation of standards, which will help establish control of processes, described the need for documentation, quality manual, document control and control products was determined; to develop the management system and a quality manual procedures manual generally as prerequisites for establishing technical standards in the company to be more competitive was developed.
