Auditoría de gestión y su efecto en el cumplimiento de metas de la Junta Parroquial San Carlos, cantón Quevedo. año 2014.

This research was carried out in the Vestry of San Carlos, Quevedo Canton, located on Calle Velasco Ibarra and 9 October. Research time was 120 days and had as its overall objective to audit management and its effect on the achievement of goals of the Vestry San Carlos Quevedo Canton for the period 2014. He resorted to methods and techniques for obtaining information required and issue a value judgment at the end of the investigation; it required primary and secondary sources complementing the methodological process applied. The results of the research phase state that the functional structure of the current administration of the Vestry of San Carlos is well structured according to the statement in the COOTAD, in his article in the Art. 303 of COOTAD specifies that the public has right to participate in public hearings, assemblies, popular councils, advisory councils, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, the law and other regulations; in addition, request the call a referendum on any matter of interest to the territorial constituency and removal from office under the provisions of the Constitution and laws. In applying the tools of internal control assessment that determines the level of risk and confidence Vestry, High risk (67.15%), audit procedures will be high intensity. The confidence level is 32.85% considered low. Finally the report with their comments, conclusions and recommendations to the Vestry of San Carlos as the tree proposed mission should be placed in a conspicuous place within the premises of the institution, published to be observed by all employees was issued, so they know the mission and the objectives set for the public body.
