In this context it is proposed to answer the research question: Technical study - economic for the creation of a construction company, Canton La Mana, 2015? The overall objective set for this research is: To evaluate the technical and economic study for the creation of a construction company in Canton La Mana. The feasibility of the project is determined by the financial study which was established with an initial investment of assets of $ 925,298.75 where funding is divided into own contribution 185,059.75 which corresponds to 30% and a financial contribution through the Credit Bank of 740,239.00 corresponding to 70% of the initial investment. |
