Los derechos humanos y la innovación jurídica del derecho a la resistencia

The issue raised in this research: "Human rights and legal innovation of the Right to Resistance", was developed to fulfill the different methodological points, in accordance with the resolutions taken by the State Technical University Quevedo and the Council Board of the Faculty of Law. The thesis consists of six chapters in which a conceptualization of the subject is performed: the introduction, the problematization, formulation and definition of the problem is noted; in justifying the importance of this issue is highlighted; the general and specific objectives, hypothesis that the variables listed are developed; resources, human, material and budget. In the theoretical framework summarizes the history of the research is done, the foundation, doctrine, jurisprudence, law and comparative law develops concerning the question asked. In developing the methodology used methods, fieldwork conducted through surveys and interviews and instruments used are described. The fieldwork allowed to have a database that were interpreted and analyzed for verification of the hypothesis and the research report. Based on the findings and recommendations objectives are identified and finally the proposal in which a training proposal concerning Human Rights operators develops justice is done.
