Summary:This successfully completed project focused on implementing an advanced home automation system and incorporating 5G connectivity into a residential community. A quasi-experimental methodology was followed, providing a robust framework for data collection and analysis within a specific household. A Raspberry Pi 4B with 4GB of RAM served as the hardware foundation and was configured with Home Assistant software for integration into the home automation network. The results obtained revealed significant improvements in residents' quality of life, thanks to the ability to monitor and control devices remotely in real-time. This project highlights the transformative potential of technology in everyday life and underscores the importance of ongoing research and technological development to stay abreast of the latest innovations in the field of home automation and connectivity.
