| Summary: | This thesis was conducted in Quevedo town, Los Ríos Province, Republic of El Ecuador. It was made during the third quarter of 2014 and the first of 2015. The thesis proposed this general objective: "to formulate a business plan for the creation of a marketer of nutritional dietary supplements, the target of pregnant women, Quevedo, 2015.” Once the investigation was done, it was reached the following conclusions: There is an unmet demand of Chia, in the target of pregnant women, which reaches 45.740 boxes of 500 gr. in 2015. The IRR reached 45.7%. Internal rate of return is highly profitable for investors. The NPV equals $ 197,950. The B / C: is $ 1.14. This index shows that for every dollar invested in the business plan, a return of $ 0.14 will be taken. The marketing plan will have a direct marketing channel type. The product will be sold in type zipper bags with the logo of the Distributor. The product price will be $ 11 cover 500 gr. The target company shall, especially, the set of pregnant women. The promotion will sell 1 bag for $ 10 (list price is $ 11); 2 shams for $ 20 and three for $ 27 and is held in the first part of the two stages of the campaign.
