Sumari:The Development of the thesis prior to obtaining the law degree, is dedicate itself to people with disabilities, and community, to know the reality in which these people live and how it affects them when certain Legal Resolutions Customs are causing injury and discrimination. The thesis is divided into six chapters. In Chapter I, I focus on social issues, and I see how it is affecting people with disabilities, objectives, several proposal so improve the situation, the key step hypo thesis of the research, then the variables have, and resources that I have used. In Chapter II, beginning with the historical background of discrimination against persons with disabilities, then I mention several concepts of law, I will also argue why there’s hold be an amend mentor addition to Resolution Customs In Chapter III, methods that I have used for search, In Chapter IV, an analysis and interpretation of the results of the interviews were done. In Chapter V, I present the findings based on research results, and we will find recommendations that will support future research Finally in Chapter VI, I refer regarding my research proposal, the amendment or extension to the Customs Resolution (No. SENAE-DGN-2013-RE) Date 23 January 2013 and ending with the bibliography and appendices.
