| Итог: | The study for the design of an automatic mixer for making brine is made in the company INAEXPO Canton Santo Domingo in 2014. The specific objectives of this research were: Perform analysis of the current situation of the development process preservative brine, determining the functional requirements of automatic mixer, a technical study to design automatic mixer, flows and establish time standards for automatic development process and determine the preservative brine benefit - cost optimization and automation. The investigation concluded that the implementation of primarily automatic mixer shows profitability, investmen thas a benefit-cost ratioof4.89and a period ofpayback1 month and 22 days, so it becomes viable implementation team. With regard to the technical study, the investigation showed that the process for the preparation of brine in the automatic mixer is: 1. Storage water treatment plant, 2. water transportation pipeline, 3. water and other dosage components of the brine, 4. mixed preservative, preservative and filtering 5. 6. Transport to plant. The design and implementation of automatic mixer for making brine has an investment amounting to$ 8,856.02 |
