Izvleček:The project presents a level of acceptance of 80, 32% on the part of the farmers in the canton Mocache that says positively about the necessity of creating a plant processing of pasta of cocoa, of that percentage 81, 38%, they would be willing to sell the production to the installed plant. In and of itself he/she thinks about the action of fomenting the local production, with the purpose that those producing of cocoa of the area decide to sell their products to the plant processing of pasta of cocoa and this way to guarantee the production during a certain period. The analysis of the required costs of production to obtain the pasta of cocoa in the plant processing is determined in function of the production system that would use the plant for each process that intervenes in function of the prosecution of the pasta of cocoa, like it is: drying, ground, crushed, extraction of liquor, extraction of shortening and finally to carry out the mixture of these ingredients. In this project he/she should settle down as cost politics, the standardization of the pattern ABC, in which settles down in a clear way the necessary items for each productive process inside the plant that will implement in the canton Mocache. Of conformity to the realized economic study notices a gross profit of $ 211.635,41 that it would generate the plant processing of pasta of cocoa located in the canton Mocache, during the first five years of productivity. In consonance of that, he/she should be carried out a constant monitoring on the level of profitability that projects the plant processing of pasta of cocoa, with the purpose of carrying out the necessary economic and financial adjustments that guarantee the permanency of this company along the time.
