Comportamiento productivo de gallinas de campo en pastoreo en etapa de levante suplementadas con harina de hojas de chaya (Cnidoscolus chayamansa)

The present investigation was developed in the Program of Poultry Investigation of the State Technical University of Quevedo, Ability of Cattle Sciences, Unit of Scientific and Technological Investigation, located in the Experimental Property The María", in the kilometer 7 of the road Quevedo-connection, CantónMocache, County of The Rivers. Their geographical location is of 01º06 of South latitude and of 79º29 of longitude West to a height of 73 m.s.n.m. the productive Behavior of field hens was evaluated in shepherding in stage of she/he lifts suplementadas with flour of chaya leaves (Cnidoscoluschayamansa), being used a design totally at random (DCA), with four treatments and three repetitions. The evaluated treatments were: T1 = witness (Balanced 100%), T2 = Balanced + 3% of flour of chaya leaves, T3 = Balanced + 6% of flour of chaya leaves, T4 = Balanced + 9% of flour of chaya leaves. The evaluated productive parameters were: food consumption, gain of weight and the costs of hens in stage of she/he gets up (12-18 weeks). The results obtained in the studied productive variables were significant differences among treatments and during the different weeks (12-18), being the treatment witness the one that reached the best values, while when analyzing the costs of upbringing it was obtained that the T4 (Balanced + 9% of flour of chaya leaves) the one that I report the lowest costs during this stage of upbringing of the birds was.
