Gaia:Internal work regulations play a fundamental role in organizations, since this document establishes provisions that govern the hiring, development and management of human talent. The objective of this research project is to evaluate the level of compliance with the internal work regulations by the personnel of Consorcio Ingenio S.A., a company dedicated to providing the service of non-hazardous solid waste collection within the urban and rural perimeter of the canton of Quevedo. In addition, this research project is supported by the need to detect the level of knowledge and understanding of the internal work regulations by the staff, identify those areas that are in compliance with the internal work regulations in the company within the period from January 1 to June 30, 2023. Through the realization of this study, the methodology used is based on the application of methods and techniques and tools such as: interviews, observation, elaboration of working papers, in this last tool the findings and risk matrices will be expressed, these will provide information that will allow interpreting the results of the investigation. The results of this investigation will be presented in a final audit report, which will detail the causes and incidences in the compliance with the internal work regulations, as well as the conclusions of the case and the respective recommendations to improve the level of compliance.
