Considering that planning it is vital to achieving the objectives of the element company, the work includes final objective of developing a Plan of Administrative Management to improve the quality of services of the Water Supply company of Canton Quevedo, 2016, by implementing strategies that make reality a new vision for the company. The research was developed based on three objectives: the first speaks of a market study on the perception of the management plan that is currently running; the second deals with establishing strategies for Administrative Management and its Relationship to Institutional Development of Municipal Water Supply Company of Canton Quevedo and the third relates to the preparation of a proposal to improve the Plan of Administrative Management Company Potable water Quevedo Canton. It was determined that the Water Supply Company of Canton Quevedo, lacks strategies to help in institutional development, poor business leadership, planning strategies, personnel management, quality systems, relationships with suppliers of equipment and materials, analyzes the relationship cost benefit among others; so the proposed proposal suggests, is regarded as a challenge to the Water Supply Company of Canton Quevedo that achieves consolidate and project its leadership in the city with a new vision, putting it into practice through the address administration at different levels of the institution, this proposal includes: An analysis of the Vision, Mission, Strategic Values, Corporate Values, Principles, analysis of objectives in the administrative, technical, commercial and financial for what is considered required the implementation of a Plan of Administrative Management in Water Supply Company of Canton Quevedo.
