| Crynodeb: | The present work of titled investigation "EVALUATION OF THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING OF MOISTURIZED ETHANOL to LEAVE OF THE STARCH OF (Sorgumnsvulgare) SORGHUM "he/she has as objective to give a new alternative of use of the sorghum, since at the moment most of their production at local level is dedicated for the elaboration of balanced by-products. The sorghum production can be improved if a bigger offer is generated and it either demands on the part of the industry for the human feeding in the case of the sorghum forrajero or for the elaboration of ethanol in the case of the sweet sorghum, since its chemical composition transforms it into a suitable product for its industrialization besides being a rustic cultivation that adapts easily to lands with micronutrients deficiencies. The present work was carried out it in the bromatología laboratory belonging to the State Technical University of Quevedo located in the km 6 ½ via Quevedo the Connection, county of the Ríos. The carried out work consists on the parameters and methods that determine bigger viability in the obtaining of ethanol moisturized starting from the sorghum starch settling down and also that they serve since as base for future investigations in our means very few investigations they exist about the ethanol of the starch, in the present investigation it was evaluated: two chemical reagents foresaw to the hidrólisis, the combination time temperature in the hidrólisis phase and the ideal temperature in the phase of fermentation, besides subjecting the best treatments to analysis cromatograficos to have a better reference of the final product. For the experimental phase of the obtaining of ethanol it divided it to him in four phases: to) obtaining of the sorghum flour, b) obtaining of the sorghum syrup, c) fermentation of the syrup, d) distillation and recovery of the ethanol. For the statistical analysis a factorial arrangement A*B*C was applied with twelve treatments and a repetition by treatment, to determine difference among the study levels in those that was significance, one carries out the test from Tukey to 5% of error margin. |
