Gestión del conocimiento y su incidencia en la eficiencia y efectividad laboral en el área administrativa del GAD municipal del Cantón El Empalme, año 2022-2023

This research addressed the problem related to knowledge management, efficiency and labor effectiveness in the administrative area of the GAD Municipal del canton El Empalme, reason why its objective was to evaluate the impact of knowledge management in the efficiency and labor effectiveness of the administrative area of the GAD Municipal del Cantón El Empalme, during the period 2022-2023. This study corresponds to a field and descriptive research, the methods used were: deductive and inductive and analysis, The study population was 290 employees, 2 managers and 385 users of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of El Empalme Canton, Among the main findings, it was learned that the main limitations are the information overload, followed by a lack of organizational culture; other findings are that goals are met but there are also critical areas for improvement. The low execution of training and the need for greater participation and collaboration are highlighted. Similarly, it was determined that there are almost always knowledge management initiatives, according to 43%. In conclusion, there is a generalized perception of the importance of knowledge management, which is why initiatives are being implemented in this regard.
