Currently, companies are subject to regulation and supervision by the superintendence of companies. The main objective of this research is to carry out a management audit of the production and quality control process in the Ecuaquímica company. Through a comprehensive analysis, the aim is to gather the evidence required to formulate conclusions and suggestions that aim to improve the state of the company. The problems in the production process and quality control of fertilizers and agricultural products manifest themselves in several difficulties. By carrying out the pertinent analyzes within the facilities, we managed to achieve the proposed objectives, which allowed us to identify the areas that need improvements and affect operational efficiency, reflected in quality fluctuations, machinery that needs maintenance and implementing technology in the processes, inefficiencies in the use of raw materials and an increase in production costs that affect profitability. Based on this, alternatives are proposed to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and resource management at Ecuaquimica. By identifying the shortcomings found in the production and quality control processes, it was determined that a company that maintains a constant update of new technologies, training personnel to adapt to changes, would be able to optimize its resources, reduce costs and increase profitability. In this way, positive compliance in production is guaranteed and continuous improvement in the company's processes is encouraged. |
