To value the efficiency of the isolated microorganisms Bioles was carried out constituting the following treatments: T1: Biol with mountain microorganisms; T2: Biol with efficient isolated microorganisms; T3: Biol with isolated pre-fermented microorganisms; T4: Biol with efficient microorganisms + yeast. A Design was applied Totally at random with four repetitions, the biodigestor was constituted of hermetic deposits of 12 liters of capacity. It was analyzed the physical-chemical and chemical characteristics of Bioles. Eight microorganisms were isolated with capacity nitrogen fixating and phosphate solubilizing in same proportion, the characteristics of more frequency were dry colonies in an irregular way, also, you form filamentous and conidióforos that allowed to identify possible stumps of Streptomyces sp, Penicillium sp., Nocardia and Aspergillus sp. Biol with mountain (T1) microorganisms presented the biggest increase of temperature and the biggest reduction in the pH, while the highest value in the electric conductivity and salinity was obtained of pre-fermented (T3) Biol. Pre-fermented (T3) Biol presented the highest values in nitrogen; match; potassium; calcium; magnesium; boron; zinc; iron and manganese, Biol with efficient (T2) microorganisms showed the biggest copper content.
