Harina de cascara de soya (glicinemax) y gandul(cajanus cajan) en la producción de huevos de gallinas de campo.

I order to make a preliminary evaluation of a food based on available resource such as the legume soy bean an pigeonpea as a partial replacement of commercial, feed for news laying stage field that developed in this research, used 80 hens from the 23 to 38 weeks of age and were distributed over 16 mobile cages of 5 m2 each five birds in each. All the birds had access to the grazing pens. The supplied diet was 100 grams. The treatments used were: 60 g of balanced 30 g of flour shell of soy 10 g of flour of Pigeonpea (T1); 70 g of balanced 20 g of flour shell of soy 10 g of flour of Pigeonpea (T2); 80 g of balanced 10 g of flour of shell of soy 10 g of flour of Pigeonpea (T3) and balanced (T4) 100. Supplementation of the 10 and 20 g of soybean meal and 10 g of flour of Pigeonpea achieved increase of final live weight of chickens from field, compared to treatment witness. Bird witnesses or control (T4), which consumed only balanced recorded the highest results in egg production and were more efficient in converting masal and dozen of eggs. Laying hens are fed with 80 (g) balanced; shell of soy flour 10 g and 10 g of flour shell of Pigeonpea (T3) achieved more lean meats, channels and more pigmented eggs yolks. The use of 60 g of balanced 30 g of soybean meal and 10 g of flour of Pigeonpea (T1) is a nutritional alternative to the supplementation of chickens from field that allows to obtain high returns, surpassing the witness
