"Diseño organizacional para la hacienda Ruiz productora de cacao CNN51en El Empalme Provincia del Guayas".

This research was conducted in the agricultural enterprise "Ruiz Hacienda" which is dedicated to the production and marketing of cacao CCN-51 variety, owned by Mr. Robinson Ruiz. It is located in the Parish of El Rosario of El Empalme Canton, Guayas Province, the same having problems in your organization, as it currently does not have a defined organizational design, because the processes are carried out empirically, causing confusion and incoordination in the activities of the farm. The main objective of this research was to design the organizational structure of the property to improve its functionality and efficiency and implement coordination mechanisms to facilitate the organization of work and build a structure and flexible workplace. To obtain the results of the investigation an analysis of the domestic sphere and the environment of the estate which allowed us to determine the current status of it, the background, strengths and weaknesses are made. To perform each activity, literature regarding the issue of research mechanisms have extensive knowledge and achieve efficient work was consulted. different data collection instruments as the survey was also used, interviews, books, magazines, internet, etc. the same that allowed us to obtain reliable and secure data to develop the proposal. Finally a proposed organizational model which contains same structural organization and functional organic manual that determines the duties and functions of each level of the organization for the benefit and development of the property was developed.
