Description
Summary:Inevitably meet with problems such fruit for export are in clusters damage to crops, is how the objective of this work was to determine was raised whether there are differences in the quality of the fruit when crops with cot or condor. So this work in one of the estates of the Mendoza Group "Bertha Mary" province of Los Ríos Region Good Faith located between latitudes 79 ° 27 'west longitude and 01 ° 06' latitude of 120 m was made. Design The study was raised completely randomized with two treatments and fifteen repetitions to establish differences between treatments Tukey's test was used 95% statistical probability. The results showed statistically significant differences in the variables that were directly related to defects in the quality of the fruit, for it was determined that the condor harvesting system with the percentage of defects by broken neck, spoiling, damage is reduced tip giving way to a better utilization of the fruit reflected in the quality that exceeded 97% is taken. On the other hand harvesting system with cot can help us in places where the topography is irregular it does not allow the entry of Condor system, but we must give proper maintenance to the crib to make use. The variables bunch weight, degree of fruit and length had no influence on cropping systems so no statistical differences between the treatments was found.
