Beskrivelse
Summary:The study was conducted during the dry season 2013 at the Experimental Farm "Dam" State Technical University Quevedo (UTEQ) located on site Fayta, Km 7.5 San Carlos Way in Quevedo, Ecuador at an altitude 73 m in area-Tropical rainforest. The purpose of this study was to evaluate three planting distances in the Production of clone cacao (Theobroma cacao L.) EET-103 organic on a triangular double row system. Treatments were distributed in the field under a complete randomized design (DCA) with six replications. The study factor estubo formed by planting distances: d1. 2m x 3m x 4m, d2. 2.5m x 4m x 2.75m and d3. 3m x 2,5m x 4,0m. To achieve the stated objective incidence broom (Moniliopthora pernicious), the number of healthy and diseased pods, fresh weight in grams almonds and dried cocoa yield in kg ha-1 was evaluated. For means comparison Tukey test at 5% probability was applied. As for the results of the experiment the incidence of Witches' broom on cacao clone EET-103 was higher in T3 distance (3m x 2,5m x 4,0m) with 12.00 brooms while distancing T1 (2m x 3m x 4m) showed the lowest average 6.50 brooms. In the variable productive cocoa yield kg ha-1 clone distancing EET-103 T2 (2.50mx 2.75mx 4.0m) was present numerical mind that the best performance of cocoa 303.80 kg ha-1 to the conclusion that the distance planting cocoa in clone EET-103 does not affect performance, however if affected their health behavior (Incidence of Witches' Broom).
