In that sense, the relationship that occurs between the work of adolescents and poverty is evident, though not the only cause that generates it, there are other factors such as culture, social prejudices, inadequate access to education, premature labor, etc. The 2008 Constitution guarantees the exercise of rights, including adolescents vulnerable groups. For its part, the Code on Children and Adolescents provides that "The State shall take special protection against any kind of economic labor exploitation. Work under 18 is prohibited, and progressive eradication policies work in adolescents will be implemented. "However, the beneficial ownership of the rights of adolescents continues to be a matter that can be explained from the enforcement of the rights of legal doctrine; but in practice, the reality is different, their ability to be active subjects of rights coincides with the attribution of citizenship at age 18, a concept of ownership from the perspective of adults, where people who are below that line, are subjects of rights, but with passive ownership. This explains the violation of the rights of young workers.
