The plant material was obtained from the giant bamboo forest located on the premises of Grupo de Fuerzas Especiales No. 26 CENEPA. Different concentrations of phytoregulators were applied C0 = Without hormones (control); C1 = 750 mgkg-1; C2 = 1000 mgkg-1; C3 = 1500 mgkg-1; C4 = 2000 mgkg-1 to determine the appropriate concentration for obtaining seedlings of the species. The best results were obtained in T0 in almost all the variables evaluated, however, it was also possible to determine that the higher the concentration of phytohormones, the greater the mortality of the seedlings.
