Sažetak:This research work is done with the aim to improve the administrative management and thus achieve its Organizational Development of the Health Center Pro improvement / Area NO. 2 Quevedo, the present situation of such activity, they identified the weaknesses of the organization to counteract. The Health Center Pro improvement / Area NO. 2 Quevedo, is a medical institution that provides public health services free of charge. Currently this institution provides its services in the areas of: medical care, dental care, obstetric care, laboratory, pharmacy, nursing and vaccination. Presents the next job that bears the title "STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE HEALTH CENTER PRO IMPROVEMENT / AREA NO. 2 QUEVEDO, FOR THE PERIOD 2014 - 2016" by which it is intended to solve the problem of the absence of a Strategic Plan in the Health Center Pro improvement / Area NO. 2 Quevedo will allow their organizational development. In the development of the research was conducted the qualitative and quantitative evaluation to determine the percentage of the features of the investigated object through personal interview on the basis of questionnaires to the Director of the Center for Health, is working with a sample of 333 patients, who were surveyed to achieve the objectives of this study. We performed a SWOT analysis to detect the reality of the Organization, both of the internal environment with the identification of the strengths and weaknesses, such as the external environment with the recognition of the opportunities and threats within multiple environments. Prepared for the future of the health center's mission, vision, values and corporate objectives, in addition was explored all possibilities and alternatives of strategic change and transformation possible. At the end of the proposal to achieve its organizational development institutional, was used by describing a logical framework in this way a narrative summary what also enabled the development of the strategic budget, Being an investment of $2,400.00 to cover the cost of the project raised, the same that is intended to be funded by the higher organisms of the Health Center Pro improvement / Area NO. 2 Quevedo.
