Sammanfattning:The present study was conducted in the city of Quevedo and its surroundings, Los Ríos province. With the following geographical coordinates 1 ° 02'96 "south latitude and 79 ° 44'81" west longitude. The research process lasted 90 days. The survey of youth gives evidence that there are many problems that beset the young and so are inclined to vices and other ills of today's society, a way to rescue them from this area is to explore the musical art, with a view to forming artistically and counteract all the problems in this stage of life. The legal requirements for the implementation of the company starts with the reservation of trade names in the Superintendency of company, obtaining the RUC, after incorporation of the company in the Commercial Register, operating permits and the payment of the municipal license is included. The technical study implemented for operational activities of the company are location, location, company name, and finally how to deliver the service, which guarantees the right care to the young.
