| Sumario: | The "Avicola Hurtado" is a new company in the poultry sector which is engaged in the production and marketing of broilers from a year ago, being in the middle stage of growth so you need to take strategic actions to maintain and improve quality in a successful manner their market position. Therefore, in this research has made a thorough SWOT analysis of the actuality of the company and its environment, mediates interview tables on good poultry practices its activities that took place and fails the requirement of agro quality throughout the Poultry sector must be certified in order to establish and develop a quality Management System through a quality Manual based with ISO 9001: 2008, as an indispensable instrument in the management of organizational quality the "Avicola Hurtado" to increase competitiveness and production company. Through the survey was shown to be a priority above all, correct production processes and quality policies as an important part of the success for sales of the company, to avoid errors that would mean material and economic losses, which are considered as flaws that need improvement. |
