Auditoría de gestión y su incidencia en el manejo de los fondos públicos y privados de la asociación de productores agropecuarios de Pucayacu, cantón La Maná, año 2013

This research entitled "Audit of management and its impact in the management of public and private funds of the Association of Agricultural Producers" Pucayacu "La Maná Canton, 2013" aims to create precedents and provide guidance to the institution, to improve administrative management, and increase the competitive level in terms of the products we offer, in addition to consistently distribute the allocated financial resources. To achieve the desired purpose it was necessary to raise the following objectives; analyze the level of compliance with the Law of Popular Economy and Solidarity in achieving the objectives, assessing internal control procedures employed by the company for the management of resources, measure the efficiency, effectiveness and economy management public and private funds and draw up the final audit report to assist in making decisions to members. During the study process research methods as employed; inductive, deductive and analytical, while the types of research were composed by applied, descriptive and historical, techniques that were used were made up of the interview to the President and the counter so that the survey partners applied Association, they were also indispensable working papers and direct observation. To develop the Performance Audit COSO I model, in which each of the elements that comprise it, just as the final audit report in which consist the findings encountered during development was issued were evaluated was used Research for the entity thus take the necessary corrective measures. The Association of Agricultural Producers "Pucayacu" should increase the level of confidence regarding the compliance of the Law of Popular and Solidarity Economy to avoid problems with the government entities that fall within their competence. The institution must take into consideration the dashboard, the rate of gaps and strategic objectives to make better decisions that benefit all who depend on it.
