| Izvleček: | The Medical Foundation the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and María (FUSCOJM) the canton El Empalme, is a Medical Institution that offers services of health without profit aims; for which they take care of of its patrimony, allowing this way to reinvertir the excess of its activity in social work. At the moment this Institution serves its in the areas of: General medicine consultation, Obstetrics, Pediatría, Clinical Laboratory, Infirmary, Surgeries and Pharmacy. With the purpose of improving the administrative management of the institution the following work appears that takes by title “STRATEGIC PLAN FOR the MEDICAL FOUNDATION the SACRED HEARTS DE JESUS AND DE MARIA (FUSCOJM) OF the CORNER the JOINT FOR the PERIOD 2011 - 2013” by means of which it is tried to solve the problematic one of: How to obtain that the citizenship of the corner the Joint demands of general the medical services of the Medical Foundation the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Maria, so that he is sustainable? In addition the following hypothesis seted out: The development of a Strategic Plan in the Medical Foundation the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and María (FUSCOJM) of the corner the Joint, will allow a more effective enterprise management for period 2011 - 2013. In the development of the investigation the observation method was applied which allowed to know the problems that are affecting the institution. In addition the qualitative and quantitative evaluation was applied to determine the percentage of the characteristics of the object investigated by means of customized interviews on the basis of questionnaires made to all the personnel who toils in the institution being a total of 18, for being a this finite population worked with the 100% of the same one. With the made investigation it is hoped to resist the problems detected in the made analysis, for which the elaboration of a Strategic Plan sets out he himself that will be of benefit for all the personnel who toils in the institution, administrative as as much operative and therefore to the population in general. The following strategic plan is structured at four great moments. Explanatory/ Analytical moment. - By means of analysis FODA the reality of the institution could be detected, as much of average internal with the identification of the strengths and the weaknesses, as of external means with the recognition of the opportunities and threats within several surroundings. Prospective/ Normative moment. - At this moment it was designed the future of the institution. For it they are elaborated the Mission, Corporative Vision, Values and Objectives. Being its Vision: “To be recognized like a Lending Foundation of Services of Health with human quality in the attention, independent and self-sufficient to generate economic resources repaid in social works”. Strategic moment. - At this moment one explored all the possibilities and strategic alternatives of possible change and transformation. Between the main strategic projects in which work was: “To enable to operative the administrative personnel like of the Medical Foundation the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and María (FUSCOJM) to improve the service and attention to the user” and “To make specific supports of international organisms for the modernization of the Foundation”. Operational /Tactical moment. - At this moment one took shape the raised proposals of change at the previous moment, for which I am used in Logical Marco describing this way a narrative summary what the development to the strategic budget allowed in addition, being an investment of $ 5,260, 00 to cover the expenses of the 2 raised projects and that will be financed with equity capital of the Institution. |
